Mr. P.V.N. Kiran Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on account of the mistakes in the averments and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
