HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23610 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the revised pay scale amount from 01.01.2006 to 30.09.2008.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 09.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
