OFFICE NOTE 16.10.2023 KS, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This interlocutory application is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order, dated 14.09.2023, passed in Criminal Petition No.8754 of 2023.
This Court on 14-09-2023 while granting bail imposed the following condition:- "The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 15 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) each with two sureties i.e., one local surety and other from the native place, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad".
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are doing their employment/business at their native place (Jharkhand State) and they are acquaintance with their local native peoples, as such they are ready to produce two sureties of their native place.
3.
However, keeping in view, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition of the same and allowing the petitioners to produce two sureties instead of one local and other from the native place as directed in Crl.P.No.8754 of 2023, before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, at Hyderabad. Two native sureties can be produced.
Accordingly, the I.A is ordered.
