ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioners without proper enquiry in Cr.No.303 of 2016 of I Town Police Station, Ongole, Prakasam District.

Pursuant to a complaint lodged by the 5th respondent against the petitioners, the said crime was registered. The petitioners earlier filed Crl.P.No.14882 of 2016 and this Court disposed of the same on 14.10.2016 granting anticipatory bail to them. In the circumstances, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to follow due process of law while investigating into the crime. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
