THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21140 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, on instructions, that the Dy.Commissioner of Proh. & Excise, Nalgonda Division, vide Cr.No.5/2018/B, dated 17.05.2018, passed an order confiscating the vehicle along with the stock. Copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the same, keeping it open for the petitioner to assail the above said order in an appropriate forum, if he is so advised, the writ petition is closed.
