THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21350 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring eh endorsement vide Ref.No.(B)/70/2018, Dt.09.05.2018 issued by the 4th respondent in rejecting for conducting survey in respect of Plot No.21 in R.S.No.59/2A & 52/6B to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents of Venkatapuram Village, Rajamahendravaram Urban, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of nature justice......."

Mr.Aswartha Narayana, counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to work out the grievance by filing comprehensive appeal/petition before the Revenue Divisional Officer/3rd respondent.

By granting liberty as prayed for, writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
