This Contempt Case is filed for alleged violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5659 of 2024, dated 11.o3.2024.

2. When tJle matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-ll submits that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court by issuing Speaking Order No.Estt.A/ 116 12022, dated 27.lt.2024.

The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge said Speaking Order, dated 27.11.2024, if he is 51ill aggrieved by the same. No costs.
