Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for both sides that the lis in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by common order dated 18.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5422 of 2018 and batch. In view of the same, this Writ Petitions is allowed in terms of the above-mentioned common order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
