HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18748 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus may be issued declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 demanding 25 square yards of land from the property bearing Municipal No.1-1258/10/A and 258/10/B situated at Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, apart from the proposed acquired land vide Award bearing No.AA/61/2009 passed by the 3rd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to acquire only 22.97 square yards from the aforesaid property."

This Court, by order dated 25.06.2012, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property except to the extent of area covered by the award in proceedings No.AA/61/2009. 3.

Even after four years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents.

In view of the same, the interim order dated 25.06.2012 is made as a final order.
