1.
Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as '"vell as the learned Assistalt Public Prosecutor.

In the light of the limited request made, issuance of notice to the 2"d respondent is felt not required. 3.
Seeking to quash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioners u,ho are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 to 4 in C.C.No. 1335 of 2O22 that is pending on the file of the Court of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Cyberabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 submits that the petitioners, being the family members of Accused No. 1, were implicated in this case alleging that they committed offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and indeed, they are innocent. Learned counsel also states that no further orders in this Criminal Petition are required, except

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor did not raise any serious objection for granting such a relief to the petitioners / Accused Nos.2 to 4.

Having regard to the said submission made and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it desirable to order exemption from personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 during the course of trial proceedings.

Resultantiy, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with the fo1[owing directions:
(i)The Court of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Cyberabad, is directed not to insist upon personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 during the course of proceedings in C.C.No. 1335 of 2022 that is pending on the fi1e of the said Court, in case the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 are represented by an Advocate.
(2) However, it is made clear that the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 shall make their appearance as and when specifically directed by the trial Court"to3f o so.
