Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims to be the owner and in exclusive physical possession of land to an extent of Acs.3-20 cents in Sy.No.943/10, Edullabayyaram Village, Pinapaka Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District and he was issued pattadar pass book and title deed. After the "Samagra Bhoosurvey" Government issued new pass books. However, petitioner was not issued new pass book. Aggrieved thereby petitioner submitted a representation on 11.09.2019.
He has also submitted application in Meeseva in Form VI-A. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Since a representation is already made on 11.09.2019 which according to petitioner was acknowledged by the Tahsildar, without entering into the merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Manuguru-3rd respondent to consider the request of petitioner for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed and if petitioner is entitled for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed, the same shall be issued. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
