HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO I Ir CONTEMPT CASE No.14O9 OF 2O2l ORDER:

r'/ W.P.No.16869 of 2O2l was disposed of directing the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) to examine the proposals submitted by the District Collector in his letter dated 28.12.2020 and to pass appropriate orders. The CCLA is further directed that in case he accepts the plea of applicant to delete the property from the list of prohibited properties, he should issue directions to the District Collector to delete the property from the list of prohibited properties. Alleging that the said orders are not complied, this contempt case is frled.

When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader, office of learned Advocate General, produced letter of the CCLA vide Ref.No.CMRO /2209 /2021 dated 26.O4.2022, directing the District Collector to delete the entries made in prohibited properties list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and to submit the compliance report.

Learned Special Government Pleader also produced copy of the letter dated 27.O4.2O22 issued by the Collector to the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registralion and Stamps, requesting him to delete the entries in the prohibition register in respect of the subject survey numbers.

In view thereof, the orders of this Court are complied' Contempt Case is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
