This TT.CMP is fiIed under Section 24 of CPC by the request to withdraw petitioner-husband with a on the file of the learned HMOP.No. 138 I 2O2l Pending Add.itional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem and to transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court' L'B'Nagar' R.R.District, to be tried along with OP'No'L23612O2O fot disposal in accordance with law.

In the course of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly conceded that the HMOP.No.l38l2O21, may be withdrawn from the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem and transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, R.R.District to be tried along with OP.No.1236 l2O2O pending on the file of that Court for restitution of conjugal rights between the same parties. Therefore, in such circumstances, considering the convenience of the petitioner-wife and the consent of the respondent-husband, TT.CMP is allowed and

HMOp.No. t3B/2O21 pending on the fiie of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, withdrawn and tranrsferred to the Judge, Family Court, along with L.B.Nagar, R.R.District, to be tried rs ordered to be OP.No. 1236/2020. Learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, shall transmit the entire record duly indexed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to co sts.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand clo sed.
