This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.330 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
