HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21193 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.P.Venkata Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Apropos the order dated 26.06.2018, the 4th respondent is present with record and instructs the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The 4th respondent sent written instructions dated 23.06.2018. By looking at entries in 1-B Register, on the pointed query of the Court whether the 4th respondent can produce resumption order or the details of file in which the resumption order was passed, the Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, informs the Court that the 4th respondent is unable to satisfy the Court by producing file or record. He further submits that the 4th respondent will process the application of the petitioner dated 12.07.2017 in accordance with law and if necessary will also initiate action under the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, follow procedure and pass orders.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
