HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.346 of 2014 ORDER :

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.239 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, Warangal District, to be tried along with O.P.No.13 of 2014.

2. Wife filed this petition contending that she filed O.P.No.13 of 2014 before Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, and the O.P. filed by husband in Ranga Reddy Court and O.P. filed by her at Jangaon have to be tried by one Court. She also contended that it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Ranga Reddy on account of distance.

3. Other side filed counter, opposing the transfer.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Without going into the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, by considering the convenience of wife and also considering the fact that both O.Ps. have to be tried by one Court, O.P.No.239 of 2014 filed by husband before Family Court, Ranga Reddy, is withdrawn and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon, Warangal District, to be tried along with O.P.No.13 of 2014. Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, shall dispose of these two O.Ps. within six months from the date of receipt of records.

9. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is allowed. No costs.

10. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
