THE I{ON'BLE SRI JUSTICT.- CII,.\LLA KODANDA RANI CML RE\/ISION PETITION No.2588 of 2019 OITDER:
Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to pay the arrears amount of Rs.2,60,000/- within two (2) months from today. The said undertaking signed by the petitioner clearly setting out the terms of payment of arrears, has also been filed. In those circumstances, placing on record the said undertaking, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that in addition to the arrears amount, the petitioner shall continue to pay the lease rentals @ Rs.10,000/- per month pending disposalof O.S.No.370 of 2016 on the file of the learned IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Couft, Hyderabad. It is made clear that any violation of the terms of the aforesaid undertaking would invite the petitioner being prosecuted under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 . Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
