No.518/2019 expeditiously within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order in the interest of justice. LA. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Anand, Advocate rep. Sri P.NAGENDRA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.2 and None appeared for the Respondent No.1 .

i. \ THE HON'BLE DT.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6945 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.

Heard the submission of Sri Anand $-ho argued on behalf of Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel on record for the petitioner. Also heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Seeking the Court to direct the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal, Malkajgiri District, to dispose of I I Crl.A.No.S18 of 2OI9 that is pending on the hle of the said Court expeditiously, the present Criminal Petition is filed. 3.

Petitioner herein is the respondent No.2 to the said appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Appeai is of the year 2Ol9 and the only request of the petitioner is to direct the Appellate Court to dispose of the said appeal time bound.

The relief sought for appears justifiable. Therefore, this Cou rt considers desirable to allow the Criminal Petition.

Resultantly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal, Malkajgiri
