Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 21.3.2008, now communicated to the petitioner, rejecting the request of the petitioner for referring the matter to civil Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Liberty is granted if permissible in law. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
