Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Zonal Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, 3rd respondent herein on 25.04.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation till date.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent Municipal Corporation, the same will be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all stakeholders.

Recording the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the official respondents to verify the representation, dated 25.04.2018, stated to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all stakeholders.
