This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.4 to A.6 in C.C.No.426 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Proddatur, Kadapa district.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Petition. Permission is accorded.
