It is stated by counsel for petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, that the order dt.19.02.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.44350 of 2017 has been implemented by respondents and proceedings in Rc/ENC/A1/A2/15155/AT-AEE/Zone-VI/2019 dt.04.06.2019 have been issued appointing the petitioner by transfer as Assistant Executive Engineer temporarily, and posting him to Sub-Division No.1 of Parkal of JCRDLIS Division No.2, Warangal of JCRDLIS Circle Warangal.

In view of the said compliance, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
