Heard.
The petitioner is the owner of house bearing No.3-76/3/4/3, Rekurthy Gram Panchayat, Karimnagar Mandal and District and having obtained permission from the Grampanchayat, he is proceeding with the construction in accordance with the sanctioned plan. It is his case that the 3rd respondent - Karimnagar Municipal Corporation has issued notice dated 28.06.2019 to furnish the sanctioned plan and the relevant documents within three days. It is mentioned in the said notice that the petitioner encroaching the adjacent plot. It is the specific case of the petitioner before this Court that he is not encroaching any adjacent plot and is making construction strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plan and that too within his premises.
Further he also submitted that despite several attempts were made to furnish the documents to the respondents' authorities, they refused to receive the same. It is difficult to accept the said contention since no date and when he made efforts to serve the required papers upon the respondents' authorities is not stated in the affidavit. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish the required papers under the impugned notice dated 28.06.2019 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the 3rd respondent.

It is needless to observe that in any event, if the petitioner is making any construction by encroaching the neighbouring plots, the respondents' authorities are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
