There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 14.10.2015 and again on 25.11.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed 'For Dismissal' on 27.11.2015. On that day, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 02.12.2015 under the same caption.

Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', but there is no representation for the petitioner or its learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
