The case of the petitioner is that petitioner's husband purchased the land admeasuring Ac.0.31 gts in Sy.No.63/A, Ac.0.08 gts in Sy.No.102 and Ac.0.20 gts in sy.No.63/A, situated at Old Paloncha, Bhadradri Kothagudem District by virtue of two registered sale deeds i.e., vide doc.No.1339/2001, dated 28.12.2001 and Doc.No.362/2003, dated 01.07.2000 for valuable consideration and pattadar passbooks and title deeds were also issued in favour of petitioner's husband. After demise of her husband, the petitioner submitted a representation on 07.02.2017 to the 2nd respondent and 4th respondent requesting to issue pahanis by incorporation her name in the revenue records in place of her husband. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make an application in Form-VI A as prescribed under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Lands and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make an application in Form-VI A as per the provisions of the Act.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application in Form-VI A. On such application being made
by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take necessary action thereon. No costs.
