HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.791 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Crl.P.No.13472 of 2014, a learned Judge of this High Court while ordering Police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.236 of 2014 of Korukonda P.S, directed the Police not to arrest the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 during the pendency of investigation. The present petitioner/A.4 also stands on the same footing. Therefore, while directing the police to proceed with the investigation in this matter, they are further directed not to arrest the petitioner/A.4 during the course of investigation. The petitioner/A.4 is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
