Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.25-18 gts in Sy.Nos.165, 166 and 167 situated at Hamlet of Vattem, Bijinepally Mandal, Nagarkurnool District and the said land is proposed for acquisition through notification issued in Form C vide G/1194/2018 dated 04-07-2018, Gazette No.154/2018 dated 09.07.2018. Petitioner states further states that the said land proposed to be used for construction of a guest house is unwarranted and is protesting. The petitioner has represented the matter seeking de-notification vide representation dated 19.06.2019 and the same is pending with the respondents.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 19.06.2019 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
