ORDER:
Since an award is already passed in A.R.C.No.124 of by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies/Divisional Co-operative Officer, Golconda Division, Hyderabad, on 30.12.2015, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
2. Thus, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies, as warranted by law, against the award passed in A.R.C.No.124 of 2014. All the pleas raised in the writ petition are preserved for the petitioner to raise in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
