HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.2987 AND 2988 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These two revisions are maintained against the respective orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.144 of 2016 and 2031 of 2015 respectively dated 15.10.2016, in enforcement of the order of maintenance at Rs.12,000/- per month.

This Court, while passing the interim order for the amounts due, subject to payment of Rs.60,000/- out of Rs.1,20,000/- in Crl.Rc.No.2987 of 2016 and Rs.48,000/- out of about Rs.90,000/- in Crl.Rc.No.2988 of 2016, passed the order of suspension on 25.11.2016.

Heard both sides at length.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower court, but for to pay or deposit the remaining amount due, pursuant to the interim order, by vacating the same within two months from date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly and subject to that observation, these revisions are disposed of for nothing more to interfere. Needless to say what the amounts already deposited be permitted to withdraw and on deposit of balance to withdraw.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these cases shall stand closed.
