Heard.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under apprehension that the respondents' authorities are going to dispossess them from the respective shops Nos. 1 to 6, 16, 23, 27, 25, 24, 28, 07, 12, 08 and 09 situated at Vegetable Market, Shivaji Chowk within the Adilabad Municipality.

It is the case of the Municipality that for the purpose of road widening, measurements are being initiated and they assure that without following due process of law, no steps will be taken to dispossess the petitioners.

In view of the above and reasonable apprehension, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective shops without following the due process of law.

With the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
