HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14361 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appellate Authority has issued a suo motu proceedings to enhance the punishment imposed on the petitioner in the form of Show Cause Notice and the petitioner had challenged the said Show Cause Notice and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim direction to the respondents to give posting orders to the petitioner, vide orders dated 13.08.2004 in WPMP No.18468 of 2004. In view of the interim orders, the petitioner is being continued in service and the petitioner has retired from service.

The Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the said submissions, Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
