This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed by the appellantsplaintiffs under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC assailing the order dated 21.7.2008 in I.A. No.1541 of 2007 in O.S. No.57 of 2007 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Nalgonda. 2.

Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, representing Sri A.Sudarshan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter is settled outside the Court. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. 3.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed.
