This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime No.420 of 2019 on the file of RGI Airport Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908. 2.

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
