When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 13.11.2019. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 13.11.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
