HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.21256 OF 2018 ORDER: (Per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Challenging an order passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short "Securitization Act"), the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
2. Heard Mr. Amarender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Raghunandan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent Company.
3. The order impugned in the writ petition is dated 08.06.2018 passed in Crl.M.P. No.2937 of 2018 by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. It appears that on 07.09.2018, the miscellaneous petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive insofar as the impugned order is concerned. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J ______________ J.
