Neelisetti Pumachandra Rao, v. G. Srinivasulu,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2439 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the interim order of this Court dated 16.07.2015 in W.P.No.22057 of 2015. I do not see as to how the Contempt Case is maintainable, since the main grievance of the petitioner in the said Writ Petition is with regard to his forcible dispossession and to that extent the aforesaid interim order directs that only after issuing notice and giving opportunity of hearing to him, appropriate action could be taken by the respondent authorities.
Since the petitioner has not yet been dispossessed, I do not see any violation of the said order. To the extent of change of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, the interim order of this Court did not grant any relief to him. Hence, there are no grounds to entertain this Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.
