THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.216 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw M.V.O.P.No.538 of 2015 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna, at Vijayawada and transfer the same to the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum I Additional District Judge, Warangal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
