The petitioner complains inaction of respondents in investigating Cr.No.14 of 2017 dated 28.01.2017. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record written instructions dated 26.10.2017, which refer to steps being taken in the investigation and submits that final report would be filed within two weeks from today.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The 3rd respondent is directed to serve a copy of final report on the petitioner. The petitioner is given liberty to take steps, after receiving final report, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
