There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Station House Officer, Kapra Police Station, 5th Respondent herein, in interfering with the Petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of their house plots in Sy.Nos.639/1, 643/1, 644/1, 647/1, 648 & 654 situated at Vampuguda, Kapra Municipality, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th Respondent herein, not to interfere with the Petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of their house plots in Sy.Nos.

639/1, 643/1, 644/1, 647/1, 648 & 654 situated at Vampuguda, Kapra Municipality, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the light of the injunction suits filed by the Petitioners against the 7th Respondent herein, in the Hon'ble Courts of the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at LB Nagar and with all other consequential benefits pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the suits filed by the petitioners are already dismissed.

Learned Government appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 placed on record the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad. From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda, never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 7th respondent with regard to the land in Survey Nos.639/1, 643/1, 644/1, 647/1, 648 and 654 situated at Vampuguda, Kapra Municipality, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at any

point of time as alleged by the petitioners. As on the date of issuance of the written instructions, no cases were registered against the petitioners on the file of the Kushaiguda Police Station. Therefore, the question of calling the petitioners to the Police Station or interfering with the possession of the lands in the above said survey numbers may not arise. The allegation of the petitioners that the 5th respondent harassed and threatened the petitioners from entering into their lands by calling them to the Police Station is also specifically denied. Even on 21.09.2019, the 5th respondent never warned the petitioners that they will be implicated in false cases, if they enter into the above said lands.

In that view of the matter and recording the said statement made in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 6.
