THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.46501 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

The prayer is substantially one for a direction to expeditiously consider and dispose of the appeal filed on 26-11-2016 against the order of the 3rd respondent dated 10-11-2016.

The appeal was filed on 26-11-2016 against the order dated 10-11-2016 removing petitioner from the post of Sarpanch, Balkonda Gram Panchayat.

With a view to give quietus to the dispute, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to seek for early date of hearing by filing a Memo along with a copy of this order before the 2nd respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
