The case of the petitioners is that their applications dated 28-02-2015 for regularization of their houses bearing H.No 3-73/28/1 and H.No.3-73/28/1/A admeasuring 245 square yards each respectively situated at Khajaguda Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is pending before the competent authority. As the same are not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly. Till then, status-quo regarding possession over the subject houses shall be maintained. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
