THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8570 of 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners challenging G.O.Ms.No.209, dated 22.02.2017, by which the land in an extent of Ac.5-00 guntas in Sy.No.36 of Upparapalli Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District was directed to be alienated in favour of the Centre for Liver Research and Diagnostics, Hyderabad.

A detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents disputing the very title of the petitioners.

On going through the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum. In the light of the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, as may be advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
