THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1461 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri A.Jagan, learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that the Corporation has since complied with the order passed by this Court, which was the fountain head for the contempt of Court action. In view of the compliance of the Court order, this contempt case stands dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
