This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the docket order dated 14.09.2011 passed in E.P.No.46 of 2009 in O.S.No.91 of 1996 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda.

When the matter was listed on 03.06.2016, learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor/revision petitioner stated that he had no instructions and the party was informed and got knowledge. Thereby the matter is posted to today. Today also there is no appearance of the petitioner either in person or through another counsel.

3. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
