THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.175 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.999 of 2014 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to some other Additional Chief Judge Court in City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
