Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file O.A before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 18.08.2015 in the Registry. Reserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
