It is stated by learned counsel for both sides that the petitioner's fair-price-shop authorization has been renewed vide proceedings dt.28-06-2018 by 2nd respondent.

Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
