HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24404 OF 2019 ORDER (ORAL):

Sri B. Jithender, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 11.11.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the matter 'for withdrawal' stating that the matter is likely to be settled out of the Court and he reiterated the same before this Court when the matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'for withdrawal' and sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed a withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 11.11.2019 shall form part of the record. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
