THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION Nos.3793, 6931 and 10541 of 2008 COMMON ORDER:

Sri K. Ratnam, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghavacharyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners in these cases, states that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court on 04.04.2014 in W.P.No.538 of 2006. He further states that the said judgment was affirmed in appeal in W.A.No.1311 of 2014 and thereafter by the Supreme Court. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
