This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.4 in completing the investigation in Cr.No.165 of 2016.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that final report is filed in the said crime.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to her against the said report. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
